Returns & Exchanges :

At CREWSKULL, we do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you do not encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order cancellation policy:

We are proud of our ability to process all orders placed on our site quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, send us an email at contact@crewskull.com as soon as possible.

A large majority of the items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can try to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request for cancellation of your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.

Address errors:

It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to inform us of any changes. The latter can only be carried out if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for rejected or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).
In the latter cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order deducted from the shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, according to your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

Return policy :

We accept returns* for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 14 days from the time you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form. Sign it and send it with your package to the address we will indicate when you write to our support.

Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements

If you are within the 14-day return period we offer you 3 options:

1. Exchange your item for a different size/colour.

Exchanges are only available for the size and/or color of the same style. The exchange of a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.

2. Refund details and vouchers

By default, the refund method is the voucher. If you would like to receive a refund, please let us know.

Only the final price paid (after any reduction) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be re-issued and are not refundable.

3. Replacement of an incorrect or defective item

We're really sorry! Please send us an email to contact@crewskull.com with the following details:

Your order number
The description of the problem (for example, incorrect / defective item)
A photo or video
How can I get a refund for my product?

If you wish, we can ship you a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Due to inspection, storage and processing fees, some items may incur a 15% restocking fee for returned and refunded orders. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to the manufacturer's defect will not incur these restocking fees. The charges will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded. The buyer must pay the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.

How to return an item?

Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.
Please fill in this form as accurately as possible and send your article with this form to the return address that we will send you by e-mail.

Delivery:

The customer is responsible for paying his own shipping costs for the return of an item. If you receive a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product (less the restocking fee).

If you would like an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.

Warning :

If you are shipping items worth more than €50, we strongly suggest that you return the product to us with a tracking number.

Inch

Rings that are thinner and more flush to the thumb are the best. The joint is the widest part, so it must be taken into account when measuring. Once you get the ring on the joint, it'll be safe.

Indexes

If you look at your hand, you will see and feel that the index finger tends to have more flesh at its base. This means that any ring you order will fit quite well. We often suggest that you increase the size of your ring by +1, which will allow you to fold your finger.
Middle and ring finger

Beware of finger joints, especially if the finger is narrow at the base. When choosing rings for these fingers, remember that if it slides comfortably on the joint, it will be much too large for the base and will more than likely swing around the finger.
Little fingers

These fingers need extra attention because people tend to lose their rings all the time - especially when their hands are cold or wet, or when they enter and exit their pockets. The rule is to wear it as tight as possible while being able to bend your finger - if it is too tight, it is better to loosen it than to lose it.

Your fingers can shrink in summer and expand in winter.
The main reason your fingers expand and shrink is that your body reacts to changes in temperature in your environment. When you are in a cold environment, your body tries to keep your heart warm by tightening your blood vessels and reducing the blood flow to your skin. This process is called vasoconstriction. This is necessary because heat is lost from your skin to the environment, so your body tries to reduce the flow of blood to your extremities, especially to your fingers and toes. This shrinks your fingers and toes, so if you wear a ring on your finger, it will come off.

The opposite happens when it is hot outside. Your body tries to cool itself by dissipating heat through your skin, in a process we all know too well: sweating. As the outside temperature increases, your blood vessels dilate, so your blood flow increases and excess heat in your body can be released into the environment through your skin. This is called vasodilation. This dilation causes your fingers and toes to expand, so if you wear a ring, it will suddenly become much tighter.
