HURRICANE MATTHEW

THE "TERRIFYING" IMAGE OF HURRICANE MATTHEW FROM SPACE THAT WENT VIRAL.

Hurricane Matthew has been the most powerful hurricane in the Atlantic for almost a decade. The huge storm, which tracked towards Florida (USA), also hit Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba with at least 9 deaths, extensive property damage, and flooding.

But not only are the consequences of Matthew frightening, but also some of the satellite images of the hurricane provided by the U.S. Space Agency (NASA). One of those images that caught the public's attention is the one showing Matthew's passage through Haiti, in which some see the shape of a skull.

The photograph, which has gone viral in social networks and has been described as "terrifying", shows the storm in colors that highlight the eye of the hurricane and the clouds that appear to be the teeth of a skull.

On Twitter, several users have compared Matthew to Marvel's comic character "The Ghost Rider". Only Matthew, unfortunately, has nothing to do with a fictional character, and he has put the Americans on alert.
