Answer: This is normal. Your items come from different places and to avoid waiting too long, we prefer to deliver your order as soon as one or more items are ready.

You will receive your order in several packages (which allows the joy of discovering a new package in your mailbox to last several days)

#3. I ordered more than 15 days ago and I haven't received anything yet.

Answer: Yes, this is normal. The delivery time is between 14 and 35 days.

It is much closer to 14 than 35 but sometimes it is a little longer also in some cases less than 14.

This is because we work directly with the manufacturers, this is what allows us to offer you the best prices.

In any case, if you haven't received your item within 60 days then we will refund you and you keep the item if you receive it after 60 days.
